  i.Overseas individual

  Flowing documents are required to mail to partner@net-chinese.com.

  1. A copy of the registrant's ID Card or passport.
  2. A color scan copy of the “Letter of commitment(indidual)” with signature.

   

  ii.Overseas organization

  Flowing documents are required to mail to partner@net-chinese.com.

  1. A copy of the company's certification.
  2. A color scan copy of the “Letter of commitment(organization)” with organization's stamp.

  *MIIT's ICP Recording No., It is required when registered CN domain resolved to a server hosting in China.

(a)Ownership Transfer rules 

* Registrant Organization Information Modification Application Form with the business seals or signature of both current and acquiring parties are required to submit to CNNIC through registrar.

* Photocopies or scanned version documents of both current and acquiring organizations??business licenses and personal IDs are required to submit to CNNIC through registrar.

(b)Registrar Transfer-In

1. Domain is allowed to transfer if the expiration date is more than 30 days away.

2. Domain transfer is needed to pay the renewal fee at least 1 year.

3. Auth code is required.

4. Domain cannot be transferred if the domain name expiration date is less than 15 days away.

* Domain Name Information Modification Application Form with business seal or signature is required to submit to CNNIC through registrar. Download here

* For registrant name change, photocopies or scanned version documents of personal IDs for both original and new person are required to submit to CNNIC through registrar. All related documents are necessary for auditing and processing. After completion of the modification, the status of the domain(s) will be ServerUpdateProhibited.
