- Registrations of domain names within two-letter country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs), generic top-level domains and trade mark are reserved by ICANN. If you want to apply for these kind of domain names, certificates are essential for application process.
- tw are reserving characters for CNNIC, therefore, you cannot apply for tw.cn or tw.com.cn.
